These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pepperAssist's website and application (the "Service"), operated by pepperAssist ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Service
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts the Service for others.
Approval-gated actions
The Service is designed so that any AI-initiated action involving cost or an exception to your stated policies (refunds, discounts, early check-in, and similar) requires your explicit approval before it is communicated to a guest or vendor. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding on approval requests in a timely manner.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed per property, at the rate described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. There are no setup fees.
Your data
You retain ownership of the property, reservation, and guest data you submit to or connect through the Service. You're responsible for having the right to share any guest data you provide, and for your own compliance obligations related to that data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Third-party integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms you authorize (such as Lodgify) to sync property, reservation, and messaging data. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by those third-party platforms.
Service availability
pepperAssist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pepperAssist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
